The role of the administrative leadership in improving the professional competencies of the health sector employees in light of the comprehensive quality standards in Diwaniyah Governorate

Abstract:

The leadership process is evident when one is able to influence others to do a certain action and his ability to create a state of interaction with subordinates in order to achieve their goals. Human history carries with it a lot of the history of great leaders. Wherever groups have existed since the beginning of creation, the need for a tight administrative system that guarantees the permanence of the life of these groups appears. It achieved satisfaction and pays the damages for them, which necessitated the emergence of leaderships to manage the affairs of their citizens effectively and successfully. The study aimed to identify the role of the administrative leadership in improving the professional competencies of the health sector employees in light of the comprehensive quality standards in the province of Diwaniyah in relation to the number of years of service and for the gender (males and females), and with regard to academic achievement. The researcher used the descriptive approach in order to match the approach followed with the nature of the title of the study. As for the research sample, it reached (86) male and female employees of the health sectors in Diwaniyah Governorate. The results showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the role of the administrative leadership in improving the professional competencies of the health sector employees in light of the comprehensive quality standards in the Diwaniyah governorate with respect to the number of years of service and they are those who have a number of years as well as for the gender variable, who are (males) For academic achievement and they are holders of higher degrees.
