Abstract :

The contract is of the great importance in daily life, as the economic activity is based on it. The contracts in the past were simple in terms of their parties and their content, but after the development in life and its complexity, the human requirements increased. Several new types of contracts were not previously present, including complex contracts, which became a necessity. From it to conduct the affairs of individuals in society, and this is what made the adaptation of this type of contract difficult, which led to a difference in the opinions of civil law jurists.
