The role of artistic activities in achieving educational goals

Teaching at the Institute of Fine Arts for Girls in Diyala Governorate : Abstract
Through a survey of the sources and literature in the field of artistic activities that dealt with the subject of educational goals, the necessity of teaching handicrafts within an enriching curriculum that gives expression in complete freedom without restriction. Building the learner’s knowledge and then employed in meeting the requirements of technical activities within the achievement of educational goals.
Based on the foregoing, the researcher sought the problem of her research through the function of artistic activities within the educational objectives of handicrafts by formulating the problem by answering the following question:-
What is the role of artistic activities in achieving educational goals؟
Accordingly, the current research aims to answer the following questions:
1-Are artistic activities achieved within the educational objectives?
2-Is it possible to enrich the skillful artistic activities within a specific curriculum )handicrafts)
3-Can artistic activities and educational goals be measured within applications in handicrafts.
To verify these objectives, the researcher adopted
The developmental approach in building and visualizing the components of the theoretical framework, which revolves around the nature of artistic activities and their role in achieving the educational goals of the learner, and then addressing the construction of an enrichment curriculum for the subject of handicrafts
Based on the applications of educational goals that depended on the role of artistic activities within the subject (handicrafts), the researcher concluded
1-Technical activities help achieve educational goals within a modern enrichment curriculum, apply and deepen information within theoretical aspects in a practical form in consolidating information, skills and trends. 2- The success of the curriculum as a method of teaching depends through simplification of the process of learning and the role of technical activities in the achievement of educational goals through the curriculum of the schematic illustrations and detailed in order to enable students to distinguish each item.
