Strategic intelligence and its relationship to behavior among university professors

Abstract:

leadership behavior and the relationship between them among university professors. The research sample consisted of (60) professors, according to (30) professors and (30) professors who were randomly selected, and using the questionnaire as a research tool, as the researcher adopted a scale (Qasim, 2011) to measure strategic intelligence, and a scale (Zubaidi, 2011) to measure leadership behavior The validity of the tool was verified using apparent honesty, and the researcher used statistical methods and mathematical tools, which are (the percentage of measuring instrument validity and the Pearson correlation coefficient to measure stability and correlation between the two variables and the T-test for one sample to measure the first and second goals. The results showed that the sample is characterized by high strategic intelligence, That the A sample with good leadership behavior, and there is a non-statistically negative relationship between strategic intelligence and leadership behavior.
