Abstract :

As a result of technological developments at the present time, the necessity of applying the Lean Six-Sigma approach has become an urgent need in industries, especially in developing and industrially advanced countries, because the role of hexagonal diffraction is to reduce quality costs, as quality along with cost is one of the most important Success factors at the present time. Failure in quality will lead to establishments bearing additional costs as a result of the poor quality of their products, which negatively affects consumer satisfaction. Therefore, the modern approach to quality management focuses on improving the quality of products and processes in a way that leads to the production of sound products free of defects. Six-Sigma is of great importance during the past two decades because of its impressive successes in many production and service companies, through the application of the Lean Six-Sigma method, where the hexagonal diffraction method contributes to improving the quality of products and reducing deviations. In quality greatly.
