Evaluation of Arabic language materials for educational supervision and specialization courses in light of training needs

Abstract :
The aim of this research is to evaluate the Arabic language materials for educational supervision and qualification courses in light of the training needs, as follows:
- The researcher adopted the training materials prepared for teaching educational supervisors and specialization in the qualifying course that was held for the period from 9/9/2018, in the city of Baghdad.
- Using the appropriate statistical methods for the research, the results of the research showed.
- One of the recommendations of the research is the need to pay attention to teaching training materials to supervisors, because of their active role in activating the educational process, and effective follow-up of teachers and teachers and informing them of changes that occur in the educational process.
