Abstract:

The main objective of the current study is to employ lean production in achieving competitive advantage in its dimensions (cost, quality, flexibility, and creativity) among a sample of workers in the Qadisiyah Dairy Factory, as the study sample was represented by (109) workers, and accordingly, the study problem was formulated with regard to The relationship between the variables included in the study, on which the objectives of the study were determined, which were represented in the hypothesis and the formulation of special hypotheses that were measured in the statistical package for modeling structural equations in the least squares method (AMOS.V.26) and to analyze what was provided by the study administration, a group was used. Among the statistical methods represented in the confirmatory factor analysis, Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, the coefficient of determination (R2), the normal distribution of data, and the descriptive statistics represented by the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and correlation coefficient, and the results of the study showed a clear and important perception of the relationship between agile production and competitive advantage, Perhaps the most important findings of the study are reflected in the existence of a positive statistically significant correlation and effect between lean production and competitive advantage, as well as the need to ensure The studied sample aims to develop its capabilities and mechanisms in order to improve the quality of the products it offers in order to achieve a distinct competitive advantage through which it can obtain the largest possible market share.
