Abstract:

Through the research it became clear that the conjugation circumstance is one of the aggravating circumstances for the crime of premeditated murder stipulated in the Egyptian and Iraqi criminal legislation, in which the death penalty is lifted, and that this conjunction is essentially nothing but a real multiplicity of crimes committed by the perpetrator through committing several acts that are independent of each other. There is no connection or division between them, and their non-compliance with general principles in the multiplicity of crimes is the legal text that made these crimes a single crime due to the criminal danger inherent in the perpetrator, but it is only under conditions that must be met, represented by the perpetrator committing a complete murder, and associated with it A felony that the Egyptian legislator did not specify its type, unlike the Iraqi legislator who specified the type of that crime to be premeditated murder or attempted murder. Then we ended the research with a conclusion that included the most important conclusions and recommendations.
