Abstract
The research dealt with women the important place they occupy in human civilizations since the earliest times، and their images and transformations varied between an associate period and another because they form with the man the basis of the family and its basic pillars، and he played the stage and since its inception at the hands of the Greeks an active role in working to highlight the image of women through a group of works The play that dealt with this topic and the best example of this is the personalities of Atungona، Mayadia and others. The Iraqi theater did not overlook the privacy of women and what was exposed to it during periods of wars and siege، especially in the plays of Ali Al-Zubaidi، who paid most of his attention to women، whether the wife or the mother as well as the sister. The study included the problem of research and its importance and goal Then the theoretical framework that dealt with a theoretical basis for the research included two topics: the image of women in the Iraqi theatrical text and the second: the image of women in the Arab theater and the researcher came out with a set of indicators that he adopted in analyzing the sample and that matched with the goal of the research and after the analysis the researcher came out with several results، including : The woman rejects the surrounding circumstances as despite her dealing with these conditions varies by insisting on the issue of the original husband and not the imitator as in the summer rain and who c ، the writer Ali Abd al-Nabi al-Zayati presented the woman in her representation through a direct or indirectly critical image of the religious symbol because she was represented in these texts in most dramatic events as she is almost the heroine in the raining of a sword.
