Abstract :

The profession of the teacher is a profession worthy of appreciation. The teacher educates generations and transmits the culture of a society from the generation of adults to the generation of young adults, and his job is a noble and holy function that messengers, prophets and philosophers have spoken of throughout ages and generations. In general, the modern view of the teacher is represented as a heritage teacher, a role model and representative A mainstay of the pillars of civilization, he is a maker of generations, a publisher of science, a pioneer of thought and a founder of renaissance. If nations are measured by their men, the teacher is the builder of men and the maker of the future. Evaluating the performance of the teacher’s role and the ethics of his profession is a process that may renew its standards and reference criteria that must be based on it in order to be practical and objective to benefit the teacher himself, and benefit other educational parties related to his training and qualification, that the teacher should extend the bridges of knowledge towards what is emerging from technical applications until He can perform an effective and creative teaching performance, the results of which appear in educational outcomes beneficial to himself and his community, adapted to his age, contributing to solving his problems, creative and innovative.
