Juristic rules on “persuasion” by Ibn al-Mundhir al-Nisaburi

Abstract :

– The research that the rules of jurisprudence ، as old as the Islamic jurisprudence itself ، and that were not known at the time the name of doctrinal rules ، but is in the form of phrases in the books of ancient scholars and lasted well that God sent to enumerate and Aferdha in special books and different names Kacbah isotopes ، colleges and the rules of jurisprudence .

– Between research that Ibn al -Faqih competent and hard-working ، to Emil depending on the hue advance ، nor imitate jurist of doctrine or of others، favoring him or sympathy with him، but looking for strong evidence of the book ، or a year، do not give up on it even if it violates the doctrine – Shafi’i school – but he violated the doctrine in many matters، and error Imam Shafi’i ، in some opinions ، and this is what confirms its openness to other denominations ، according to evidence the strength and lack of fanaticism doctrine at all.

– Between research and figures that the Book of persuasion to ensure at least twenty doctrinal base public and private، and that the author did not identify the rules of jurisprudence .
