Abstract:

Public relations, through health and medical campaigns and programs, seek to spread healthy behavior and promote health awareness among members of society. Health awareness is one of the goals that health education seeks to achieve through its diverse programs and activities. The goal that societies seek to reach and achieve among their members. Health awareness is one of the most important steps of change. It is the basis on which people bear the consequences of changing their behavior and attitude towards an issue. Since public relations seek to achieve understanding and consensus between health organizations and their audiences, they reconcile different elements of society with organizations and groups of society and  the coordination of their interests for the common good and for social harmony. Public relations with these goals are a social human philosophy that recognizes and works for the individual and the group’s values. Public relations in this way have a social value and must be exercised through sound ethics and behavior.
