: Abstract
The need of developing countries, including Iraq and Anbar Governorate, for a high-level industrial workforce in preparation and training is more than what they need from other resources because in most countries, they need to develop their resources and use their material capabilities in human development. A period of time longer than the period required by other economic and social activities, therefore, focus must be placed on developing industrial activities that have an effective role in economic and social development in Anbar Governorate, and this matter can be achieved by developing the efficiency of workers and intensifying efforts to provide all kinds of cultural and health services and improve working conditions. for them .
