The manifestations of organizational tyranny from the point of view of a sample of workers in public institutions in Hebron “

Abstract:

The study aimed to identify the manifestations of organizational tyranny from the point of view of a sample of workers in public institutions in Hebron Governorate، according to the variables: (gender، age، academic qualification، job title، years of service، monthly salary rate). The study followed the descriptive analytical approach. The study sample consisted of (65) employees and employees. The researcher used a questionnaire consisting of six fields and (54) paragraphs.

The results of the study indicate that the organizational tyranny in the public institutions in Hebron governorate was high on the total score. The manifestations of organizational tyranny in the public institutions were ranked in descending order: despotism in the evaluation، despotism in the legislation، tyranny in dealing with the workers، tyranny in the distribution of tasks،، Tyranny in the proceedings). The study also showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the manifestations of organizational tyranny in the public institutions in Hebron governorate from the point of view of their employees according to the variables:(gender، age، scientific qualification، years of service، job title and monthly salary rate). The study came a number of recommendations، the most important of which are: (Making decisions in a consultative and democratic manner and away from personal biases، Establish a fair and objective salary system that reduces wage disparities between different job categories and takes into account the academic qualifications، Issuing fair legislation that allows employees to express their views and meet the needs of employees )
